This casual and comfortable cafe is hidden on a side street in the heart of downtown buffalo just off of the business district. Across from a historical church, when you walk down this quaint street you feel like you are taking a stroll down a rue in Paris. Enjoy classic French breakfast dishes and pastries all made fresh and their newly added dinner! Brunch now available with wine and mimosas!

Other than hanging our coats and bags, valet stands don’t get that much attention, but architecture studio Red Deer and Jan Hendzel Studio thought otherwise and created unique valet stands for the Birch Hotel . The valet stands are highlighted in each hotel room like a functional piece of art. Each one is anchored by a marble orb created with waste plastic mixed with dyed resin by material designer Charlotte Kidger . This circular orb base was formed from a mold where plastic material was poured in layers, resulting in a multicolored effect that resembled a round pastel candy marble.
Open floor plans allow for social togetherness. Family members can do their activities spaced out in the same room yet still communicate with one another. For entertaining, the kitchen, dining room, and living room blend into one large social space. This concept works particularly well for families with younger children.
