112 Genesee Street, Buffalo, NY, USAM + R is an urban, new American restaurant located in downtown Buffalo specializing in elevated small and large plates utilizing the freshest seasonal ingredients from local farms. The space, recently renovated to give more of a lounge feel, is comfortable and the staff are super attentive. Notable for the M+R Burger (typically paired with a select craft beer), Marble + Rye also surprises guests with creative and somewhat eclectic dishes with flavor profiles that will transport you to foodie heaven. Another detail worth mentioning is their menu is heavy on vegetables making it a great choice for those with an animal protein-free diet. The cocktail menu is unique and all of the new beverages are designed to be alcohol free but you may notice their large selection of rye whiskeys. You definitely want to stop here for a whiskey neat or unique eats!
