FIG Reviews
232 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC, USA
FIG (Food Is Good) is quite possibly the best restaurant in Charleston. Home to 2 James Beard award winners, this restaurant serves up simple southern dishes with complex flavors in a friendly environment. The service is upscale and the servers are extremely professional. The menu changes frequently, giving you an excuse to visit the restaurant (if you can get a reservation). The wine menu is extensive and a little intimidating however, the servers are well equipped to help you make the most informed decisions. If you cannot get a reservation and you are the first to arrive as they open you could find yourself at the community table which is a fun experienc on it’s own as most likely you will be sitting with other adventurous foodies!
