Tomato-Olive Bruschetta with Goat Cheese
This appetizer recipe puts a salty and sweet twist to a classic dish. You will impress your guests with this easy to make starter.
10 oz small tomatoes (cherry, grape, different colors)
5 large, pitted olives
1/2 red onion
toasted baguette slices
Dice your tomatoes, olives, and onions into tiny cubes. Squeeze lemon juice into the mix and add salt and pepper to taste. To assemble, on your toasted baguette smear enough goat cheese to cover the surface. drizzle honey on the cheese and top with your bruschetta. Top the bruschetta with chopped basil and enjoy!
