Salsa is an easy and delicious Mexican staple. Once you make it at home using this recipe you will never buy it from the store again!
Equipment:
Food Processor
Ingredients:
6 tomatillos
Bunch Cilantro
1 yellow onion
3 garlic cloves
1 green bell pepper
1 jalapeno
1 lime
2 tbsp white vinegar
Prep:
Place your green pepper, jalapeno, and tomatillos on a baking sheet and baste with oil. Broil in the oven until blistered/charred (3-5 minutes per side). Remove stems before adding to processor.
Instructions:
Place all of your ingredients in the food processor and pulse until chunky and place in a bowl. Add salt to taste. Chill for an hour to let all of the flavors meld and enjoy on your favorite taco or dip chips into it.
