Easy Oreo Ice Cream Bars

Equipment:-Oven -Food processor -9x9” pan -parchment paper Ingredients: -25-30 Oreos -1 pint cookies and cream ice cream (or your own flavor) -4 tbs melted butter -1/2 cup milk Prep: Separate Oreo cookie from creme and store creme in a separate bowl. Mix together milk and creme (will look curdled until microwaved) and microwave to blend. Store in the fridge. Instructions: place separated cookie into processor and blend until a powder. Mix melted butter a little at a time and stir until mixture feels like damp sand. In a 9x9” pan lined with parchment paper press the mixture until compressed and smooth then bake in preheated oven at 375° for 10 minutes. Let it rest in fridge or freezer until cooled. When cooled, scoop in ice cream using a spatula to smooth it out. Return to freezer until ice cream is firm. When firm, remove from pan and cut into even sized squares. Drizzle your Oreo creme sauce and top with some Oreo crumbles and ENJOY!
