Easy Bone Broth Bowl

This recipe is for the workaholic that has little time for preparation but also want to maintain their fitness goals. This broth bowl is high in protein, low in calories, simple to make, and tasty!
Ingredients:
2 cups bone broth (chicken or beef)
1/2 cup black eyed peas (or your bean preference)
4oz grilled chicken or steak
2 cups kale (can used mixed greens)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 bunch thyme
Preparation:
Grill your chicken or steak and dice into small chunks/cubes (baking or sautee is okay)
Instructions:
In a sauce pan bring your broth to a boil. Add onions, peas, and thyme (best to tie the bunch together for easy removal) and reduce to medium for 5 minutes. Add protein and kale and cook until kale is wilted. Add salt to taste. *For added bonus add an egg*
