Mezcal Negroni

Taking the Negroni south of the border may have been a good idea as the smokey flavor of mezcal definitely adds a dimension to the already beautifully bodied beverage. This drink is elevated yet fun and just a little bit dangerous. Try at your own risk!
Equipment:
Jigger, knife, shaker/beaker
Glass:
Rocks/whiskey glass
Ingredients:
1 part Mezcal
1 part Sweet Vermouth
1 part Campari
Ice
1 Orange Peel
Directions:
In a shaker or beaker pour 1 part Mezcal, 1 part Sweet Vermouth, and 1 part Campari and stir generously. Pour over rocks. Twist your orange peel to release the oils and rub around the rim before garnishing your perfect Mezcal Negroni.
