This recipe is great as an individual drink or if you are serving it in a carafe during an amazing Summer brunch that you, of course, are hosting. Sweet, bubbly, and refreshing, this drink hits all of the marks for Summertime refreshment!
Equipment:
jigger, carafe, mixing spoon
Glass:
Collins or White wine glass
Ingredients:1.5oz Elderflower Liqueur 2oz Brut Champagne2oz Sparkling WatericeDirections:
In a collins glass or white wine glass filled with ice, stir together all ingredients and enjoy. Note: For carafe, stir in equal parts of champagne, sparkling water, and liqueur without ice and pour over ice when ready to serve!
